Professional Concessions Inc., (PCI) is proud to be the exclusive food and beverage concessionaire for the Saint Augustine Amphitheatre. PCI was founded in 1987 by Bruce Beck and Dennis Manieri. Both Bruce and Dennis remain active today and are “Hands On” at all PCI accounts. PCI specializes in providing high quality service at Florida venues ranging in capacity from 2,500 to 25,000 people. The PCI owners also have extensive experience in operating large stadiums.
PCI has a reputation for service. In our twenty-three years of operation, we have dramatically improved the concessions quality and revenues at several Florida venues. PCI is an owner-operated firm able to provide friendly, personal service, increased revenues, and worry free concession for its clients.
